Review Requests
Never miss a review request again.
Remazing sends Amazon’s own Request a Review to every eligible order, automatically, at the moment you choose inside Amazon’s window. No templates to write. No buttons to click. No orders forgotten.

Amazon’s Request a Review rules
1
request per order — Amazon’s limit
5–30
days after delivery — Amazon’s window
0
words you have to write — Amazon writes and sends the message
100%
of eligible orders checked automatically
These are Amazon’s rules for its Request a Review feature, which Remazing follows. They are not performance claims.
How it works
- Step 1
Connect
Authorise Remazing through Amazon’s Selling Partner API. It takes about two minutes and you can revoke access any time.
- Step 2
Set your timing
Pick the day inside Amazon’s 5–30 day window that suits your product — earlier for consumables, later for things people need time to try.
- Step 3
Let it run
Every day, Remazing checks new deliveries, skips orders that aren’t eligible, and sends Amazon’s request once. Every action is logged.
Whatever you sell, the timing is yours.
Set different send days per product, per category or per marketplace.
Features
Eligibility check
Skips cancelled, refunded and returned orders, and anything Amazon marks as not eligible.
Duplicate guard
If a request was already sent — by you, manually, or by another tool — Remazing won’t send another.
Per-product timing
Choose the send day for each ASIN inside Amazon’s window.
Multi-marketplace
Run every connected marketplace from one screen. Amazon sends in the buyer’s language.
Pause anytime
Pause by product, by marketplace or everywhere with one switch.
Full log
Every order, every check, every send — searchable and exportable as CSV.
What Remazing never does
No custom review emails
Amazon writes and sends the message. We don’t edit it, add to it or follow it up.
No filtering who gets asked
Every eligible order is treated the same. We never ask a buyer how they feel first.
No second request
One per order. Then that order is done.
See every order, not just a counter.
Know which orders were sent, which were skipped and why, and which are about to leave Amazon’s window.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as the Request a Review button in Seller Central?
Yes. Remazing triggers the same Amazon request through Amazon’s own API. Amazon writes the message and sends it.
Can I change the wording?
No. Amazon controls the wording. That’s part of what keeps it within the rules.
What if I already clicked the button manually?
Remazing sees that the order was already requested and skips it.
Does it work with FBA and FBM?
Yes, for orders that Amazon marks as eligible.
Can I pause it?
Any time, per product, per marketplace or across your account.
